The most important thing for all of us at WaxOne is simple... The Golden Rule. The business decisions that affect our customers are based on how we would feel were these actions affecting us. We give our employees the freedom to make decisions for the customer based on this. Just do the right thing.
After 15 years in the esthetic and hair removal industry, with thousands of customers nationwide, I grew tired of the same old thing. Each year, I saw the same products, heard the same issues, and saw the same rising prices… and yet nothing had changed. The products never changed and customers weren't happy.
Having a background in chemistry and biology, and an understanding of how and why these products work, I knew what I needed to do. I set out to build the best product, using the most modern technologies with the safest and most effective ingredients. After over a year of trials with countless formulas by multiple manufacturers, we found perfection, and WaxOne Total was born.
I want to keep things simple. I want my employees to enjoy what they do while at work and then enjoy their personal life without interruption from work. I want my customers to have a superior, reliable product and to know that it arrives quickly, is fairly priced, and allows them to be successful.
Things don’t have to be difficult. Customers want a great wax at a fair price… we’ve got that, and we make it easy to get. And above all... we’re appreciative of our customers and happy to chat at any time.

With a background spanning close to a decade in cosmetics, operations and sales management, along with team leadership experience, I currently serve as the Operations Director at WaxOne Wax and Dimensions Skin Care Distribution.
In my role, I oversee customer sales support and retention strategies, provide education and training on all our products and protocols, manage shipping and logistics, as well as handle marketing initiatives.
We pride ourselves in offering boutique and concierge services, meeting the diverse needs of any professional from solo practitioners to large multi-location franchises.
Our vertically integrated operations ensure that customers benefit from tailored experiences, receiving high-quality, readily available products that are delivered promptly. Michelle Brenner, Director of Education
Michelle is a NY State licensed esthetician and International CIDESCO Diplomat. She is a consultant and educator for international cosmetic companies around the world providing education and training in over thirty countries worldwide. Michelle is a contributing author to major industry trade magazines, as well as a host and speaker for International Esthetics conferences in Miami, Philadelphia, Dallas and Long Beach, CA. She is also a co-author of Salon Fundamentals esthetics textbook and Milady’s Standard Makeup textbook.
