Shipping Policy

Any WaxOne order over $250 will receive free Ground Shipping (Continental US – Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam). Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12PM EST will ship the next business day. Most orders typically have a transit time of 3-5 days, except for coast-to-coast orders, which might experience longer transit times. WaxOne is not responsible for any delays that occur once the shipment leaves our warehouse.

We do not ship to P.O BOX addresses.

Express Shipments

Express Shipping is available by phone order only. Express orders must be placed before 12PM EST or will ship the next business day. We cannot guarantee express delivery as delays from weather, etc. do occur from time to time. Customers are responsible for covering express shipping costs, regardless of the order amount.

Tracking Your Order

WaxOne will send you an email with the updated tracking number for your order. Each order includes a verified tracking number and link, though tracking updates may take a few hours. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number or delivery, please reach out to the courier first before contacting us. Please note that once your package leaves our facility, any problems should be addressed directly with the courier as we do not manage their trucks. Additional charges may apply for signature requests upon delivery.

Address Changes

If the shipping address is incorrectly listed on your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Any address changes after your order have shipped are to be handled directly with the carrier.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received your items, please notify the carrier directly. WaxOne is not responsible for missing shipments or products damaged in transit. If items are severely damaged, please notify us directly by phone or email. If items are damaged in transit, we must first open an investigation with the carrier before issuing any replacement products or solution.

Fraud Prevention

WaxOne works diligently to protect the safety and security of our customers. If an order is flagged as fraudulent, it is up to our discretion to verify all necessary information relating to the order including but not limited to photo identification, passport, and/or payment details.
